DESCRIPTION:

Liquid base for creating traditional Italian gelato made of fresh milk, fresh cream and sugars.


CHARACTERISTICS:

UHT pasteurized and homogenized product.
No need to pasteurize. The product is poured directly into the batch freezer for the desired flavor.

Preparation time in the batch freezer: approximately 4 minutes


STORAGE and SHELF LIFE:

Store at room temperature max 20°C or 68°F.

Once opened the bag in box should be used within 3/4 days.
