DESCRIPTION:

Liquid base for creating traditional Italian gelato made of fruit, water and sugars.

CHARACTERISTICS:

UHT pasteurized and homogenized product.
No need to pasteurize. The product is poured directly into the batch freezer for the desired flavor.

Preparation time in the batch freezer: approximately 4 minutes.

STORAGE and SHELF LIFE:

Store at room temperature max 20°C or 68°F.
Shelf life 12 months

Once opened the bag in box should be used within 3/4 days.

PACKAGING:

Tetrapak of 1 LT.
Bag in Box of 5 or 10 LT.
